What to expect from your wrap
Wraps are designed to tone the body, hydrate and firm the skin, relax and smooth the muscles.  Your skin should feel super hydrated, and warmth all over your body.  The body wraps offered by Fontanel Farm offer a health benefit of immune boosting.  Whether by antioxidant or essential oil infusion the immune system is benefited.  Some patients experience loss of weight, firming of skin and intense thirst.  These are all due to the loss of water from the wrap.  Once you drink water ( and water hydration is essential for optimal benefit of a wrap) you will return to your normal self.

After applying a therapeutic solution to the entire body you will be swaddled in heated wraps and thermal blanket.  While your resting the heat of the wrap is relaxing your muscles and infusing your body with the benefit of the specific wrap treatment you have chosen.  Your pores are encouraged to sweat out the toxins and drink up the benefits of your wrap.  Once you unwrap from your cocoon you will feel an immediate cold.  Once you hit the shower you will warm up and then return to a heated table to be saturated in massage oil.  I set aside massage clothes.  Because I infuse essential oil into the massage oil for a complete effect, your body will also carry the aroma of the essential oil.  Most people get a wrap and go immediately to sleep.  I wear a pair of jammies to my massage and upon returning home jump into bed for a good nights sleep or nap. 

What to wear during your wrap
You can wear anything under your wrap as long as you are willing to have it covered in whatever wrap your getting.  Most people wear an old pair of underwear and ladies wear an old bra.  An old pair of panties and sports bra work wonderful.  Whatever you decide to wear, assign it as your wrap clothes. 
To avoid irritation of your skin during your wrap refrain from shaving for at least 24 hours prior to your wrap.
